AMIVA-F was part of the MSc Thesis of Michael Nagy under the supervision of Kristina Djinovic-Carugo and Oliviero Carugo.

Michael Nagy is a PhD student in Laura Orellana's group at the Protein Dynamics and Cancer Lab, Department of Oncology-Pathology, Karolinska Institute, Solna, Sweden.

For the Web-based version of AMIVA-F, we would like to thank the Team of HTL-Spengergasse, Stefan Burghuber, Bern Samuel Cala, Antonia Schwarz and Benjamin Wittmann, who originally helped with the establishment of the original Web-Version of AMIVA-F.

Furthermore, we would like to thank Juergen Hoffmann, who helped with establishing a novel version of the Web-Server and integrated additional utilities for data collection and retrieval, and who also aided with technical expertise. In addition, Juergen Hoffmann completely redesigned the web interface, significantly improving both performance and usability. He also implemented several new features that enhance the overall user experience and streamline the workflow for data access and analysis.
